We are attempting to settle down. This baby thing is new to us and we are catching on fast. Drew is fighting a cold. We took him to the Dr. Monday, after we got home because he was very congested... BUT ... I didn't really like that Dr. SOOOOO ~ we went to our new Dr. today. WE LOVE HER!!! They ran some test and said that he just has a little cold and to just keep an eye on him. He is now 9 pounds 4 ounces and is still at 21 inches long. He eats when he wants to eat.. AND... when he is done he IS DONE!!! He shuts his mouth tight and that's it. He doesn't like to burp and loves to snuggle. I have been so worried OK paranoid at night that I let him sleep on me BUT the Dr. said NO so tonight he will sleep in his bassinet next to our bed. OR at least we will attempt it. :) The Dr. said to give it a few more days, the cold will last for about 10 days, we can already tell he is feeling better. He goes back to the Dr. on Wednesday for a check up and shots. OUCH!!! He doesn't like to be hot.. hey we have that in common, and he loves our dog, Dori. Dori has to check on him every time he whimpers. It is really cute. Most of the time I change him on our bed and there Dori is laying right next to him. We call her our baby nurse. OK don't forget to leave comments. LOVE TO ALL!!!

so so so SO cute!

I like having Elizabeth sleep on me, but then I don't get very good sleep b/c I'm paranoid that I'm going to roll over!

Dori looks HUGE next to Drew! :)

Congratulations, he is beautiful! Matthew and I have discussed with several of our friends how no one tells you how hard it is at first, but you are doing a great job, and you will sleep again soon.
